BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Imagine a birthday party that your child will remember for the rest of their life. Freedom Saddles at Dragonfly Meadows Ranch can create a birthday party that is unusual, fun, and memorable featuring horses, food and merriment.

Our parties include:

  • Being led on a horse by an experienced team member. We can accommodate up to 3 kids riding at a time.

  • Horse grooming, horse care, and crazy hair (kids can make up hairstyles, braid, clips bows, etc.

  • Meet and greet our other ranch animals: donkeys, goats, and chickens.

  • Horse painting
    (Horse painting is an extra $12 charge per child.)

Two options

YOU DECORATE*

  • Come an hour early with your own decorations and bring your own food/drink.

  • Clean up after yourselves or leave the mess for us for an additional $50 cleaning fee.

  • $50 cleaning fee unless you clean up afterward

PROS DECORATE*

  • You choose the colors and we do the rest.

  • Cupcakes provided (1 per child)

  • Gift bags included that contain treats, toys, stickers and other goodies.

  • $175 for decor

  • $60 for two dozen cupcakes decorated in equestrian themes

  • $15 per child for gift bags containing treats, toys, stickers, and other goodies

Our party space includes:

  • A natural, outdoor setting at Dragonfly Meadows

  • Access for 2 ½ hours (activities take about an hour out of the 2 ½ hours)

  • Picnic tables and benches

  • Photo booth space set up with hay bales as an equestrian-themed background

Please remember:

  • Dragonfly Meadows is a working ranch so there are horse smells, dirt and dust.

  • Everyone participating must sign a liability waiver whether adults or children.

  • No open-toed shoes allowed.

  • Children must be 5 or older

Regardless of which option you choose, everyone must:

  • Sign a liability release

  • Wear close-toed shoes and appropriate clothing for a farm..

  • Have adults accompany the children. While we will organize activities an adult will need to be present to help with supervision if needed.

  • No firecrackers spinners or noisemakers allowed!

  • $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date.

  • If you choose Pro options they are to be paid a week in advance.

  • Final headcount due three days prior.

  • Balance is due 24 hours before party.
